FOUNDATIONS
Phase 01
New Build Construction
From the first strip of topsoil to the last coat of paint we manage complete new homes on private plots and small housing developments. We arrange groundworks, drainage, substructure, the brick shell, the roof, first fix and second fix carpentry and the final snag walk with you. One contract, one sequence, one finish standard. When the structure goes to gauge we catch problems before they cost money. A new build is a long run of decisions, and we carry the pencil for all of them.

Phase 02
Brickwork and Blockwork
Our bricklaying crews build external walls, internal block partitions, garden walls, beam and block floors and feature brickwork for single homes and blocks of flats. Every bay is run to a gauge so the coursing stays true from the footing to the wall plate. We point, we weephole, we tie, we cavity insulate and we keep the joints clean as we go. Good brickwork is honest work you can see, and we are proud to lay it in full view of your neighbours.

Phase 03
Home Extensions
We build rear extensions, side returns, single storey rooms, two storey additions and loft conversions that join cleanly to your existing home. We handle the structural opening, the steel or flitch beam where it is needed, the new brickwork that matches your house, and the internal layout that lives up to it. A well planned extension does not look bolted on; it reads as part of the original house, and that is exactly the effect we design and build toward every time.

FINISHES
Phase 04
Renovation Fit Outs
A tired house becomes a fresh home through a careful programme of strip out and refit. We renew kitchens, bathrooms, floors, stairs, plaster, paint and internal doors, and we upgrade first fix electrics and heating to modern standards behind the scenes. The building work and the finishes run on one programme so there are no long stops between trades. You see rooms take shape in a known order instead of trades arriving and stalling on half finished work.

Phase 05
Structural Alterations
Opening a wall, forming a new doorway, cutting a staircase opening or underpinning a corner of an older building calls for care with structural steelwork. Our contractor team works with the structural engineer to prop, cut, set the steel and stitch the brickwork back tight. We organise the Building Control approval steps and the calculations so you do not chase paper. The finished opening looks original because we re-point and plaster back to match the surrounding work seam for seam.

Phase 06
Site Management
A building site only runs on order. We hold the programme, call off the labour and plant, order the material drops, keep the skip turned and keep the neighbours informed. For developers working across several plots we act as the on the ground contractor who turns drawings into standing walls and lets you run the next phase without chasing every trade. Site management is mostly calm coordination, and calm is a discipline we practice every day we are on the yard.
